Ray Kwok

Ray Kwok holds a diverse educational background, including a Bachelor of Arts in Music, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama Acting, a Master of Social Science in Media Management, and a Master of Education in Liberal Studies. He worked as a full-time actor at the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre (HKRT) from 1997 to 2007, participating in global stage productions with renowned artists.

 

With over a decade of experience in HKRT, Kwok is a dedicated drama teacher, having instructed over 200 educational institutions ranging from primary to tertiary levels. He has conducted numerous drama and musical workshops for various age groups since 1998.

Kwok collaborates closely with theatre groups, commercial entities, institutes, and artists in Hong Kong, serving as a producer, playwright, director, composer, and lyricist. He has been the Artistic and Administrative Director of Ray’s Production since 2007 and is affiliated with Hong Kong's Composers & Authors society and the International Association of Singing Teachers.

 

His extensive portfolio encompasses a wide range of works: Musicals like Angel Grandma, The Sparkles of Blessing, Burning My Life and more. Operas including Mikado, The Gondoliers, Timeless Musical Drama and others. High-profile events like Hang Seng Bank's 80th Anniversary, Hong Kong University's Centenary Gala Dinner and more.
