Belly Dance
Belly Dance is a feminine dance that expresses passion and confidence. The dancers use rhythmic and graceful movements to showcase beauty and release emotions. The dance helps to improve the flexibility of the spine as well as the lower body.
Dance Movement
The course begins with basic movements to help dancers understand their bodies. Then, there's a focus on body coordination and alignment. Afterward, exploration of various dance forms, such as Contemporary Dance, Jazz and Hip Hop, will take place.
